- If an unexpected error occurred, please send a screenshot of the error message as well as the steps you took that resulted in the problem
Questions Relating to Course Content
If you are attending an instructor-led online course, ask your question using the Ask the Instructor forum on your main course. Your instructor will receive a notification and will aim to respond to you within 48 yours.
If you are enrolled on a self-study module, you can ask your question in the General Discussion forum in the relevant Community Group (for example, questions relating to IPSAS should be asked in the IPSAS Community Group's discussion forum). IASeminars instructors are regularly monitoring these forums and, if appropriate, they can post an answer to your question. Other community group members might also be able to help with your question.
